With what purpose do we process your personal data?
Purpose 1: Maintain our contact agenda,
- a) As a contact person to maintain relationships with the legal entity or organization where you provide your services.
- b) As an interested party who has contacted us to inquire or request some information, in order to assist you.
- c) As a contact person to maintain direct relationships.
Purpose 2: Sending commercial communications, including by email and other equivalent electronic means, about our products and services, as well as information about events and occurrences, in case you have requested and granted us your authorization.
For how long will we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept for purpose 1:
- a) In the event of being a contact person to maintain relations with the legal entity or organization in which you provide your services, your data will be kept for as long as our relationship with said legal entity or organization lasts, with legal deadlines exempt for legal responsibilities that may arise from the relationship with the legal entity or organization.
- b) In case the interested party contacts us, up to 6 months after addressing their request, in case there are further communications on their part regarding said inquiry or information request.
- c) In the event of a contact person for maintaining direct relationships, the data will be kept for as long as the relationship is maintained and within the legal retention periods.
In purpose 2 of sending commercial communications, we will keep your data until you express your opposition to continue receiving our communications.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data in the purpose 1 of maintaining the contact agenda is:
- a) If it concerns a contact person to maintain relationships with the legal entity or organization in which you provide your services, it is the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the controller, in accordance with the provisions of art. 6.1.f of the GDPR.
- b) In the event that the interested party contacts us, the legal basis is obtaining their consent.
- c) In the case of a contact person for direct relationship maintenance, it is the satisfaction of the legitimate interest of the data controller, in accordance with the provisions of art. 6.1.f of the GDPR.
In purpose 2 of sending commercial communications, the legal basis for processing your data is obtaining your consent.
To which recipients will your data be communicated?
During the treatment period, DECOWOOD EUROPA SL will not share your data with third parties.
At DECOWOOD EUROPE SL, we will have the collaboration of third-party service providers that we may have contracted in each case, and, for the provision of said service, it may be necessary for them to have access to your personal data.
